Primitivo

Primitivo, known as “Zinfandel” across the ocean, is a grape variety from the Apulia tradition, used for producing not only red wines but also well-structured rosé wines.

It has an intense ruby red color with violet hues. On the nose, it features aromas of cherry, raspberry, and black currant, followed by floral notes of violet.

Due to its smoothness and good structure, we recommend it with rich-tasting meats and cheeses.

Trulli

Trulli are ancient dry-stone dwellings, typical of Southern Central Apulia, recognizable by their characteristic circular base and conical roof. Built without the use of mortar, they represent a unique example of traditional architecture that combines functionality and beauty.

Originally conceived as rural homes, trulli have ancient roots and tell a millennia-old story of adaptation and ingenuity in the use of local materials. Today, they are a symbol of Apulian culture and a major tourist attraction.
